WWTK #19

Wednesday, hump day!!! Time for a little We want to know, hosted by Mamarazzi and Queso.
This week, Queso wants to know:
{1}. What is the best advice someone has ever given you?
{2}. What is your greatest accomplishment?
{3}. Who do you admire?
{4}. If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?{5}. How do you want to be remembered?
{1}. What is the best advice someone has ever given you?In case of a Zombie attack, double tap. And always wear your seat belt. Ahhh, Zombieland.....Ok, no really, it was switching to cloth diapers. I was thinking about it when I was pregnant with Dexter. Cuz it seemed like EVERYONE here does it. But I forgot it. Then, my sister-in-law called to ask what I thought about CDing. I said great, I was thinking about it and then forgot about it. She told me how to get cheap diapers from China and I was hooked! When ever I see parents buying diapers in the store, I just feel sorry for them. All that money they are just throwing away. *sigh* So yeah, switching to cloth diapers and how to get a small stash started for cheap! Thanks Sis!
{2}. What is your greatest accomplishment?Letting Steve marry me! Which has lead to me becoming a mommy of five great kids! I know I complain about them...a lot. But I think it's because we live in a this tiny 3 bedroom apartment, with crappy neighbors, and we don't get out much. I KNOW things would be better if I had a at least a four bedroom house with a yard! Anyway, my kids are good kids. They love each other (maybe a little too hard at times) and really care about each other. Even at this young of age. I'm super excited to see how they turn out! And really, I can't wait for the teen years! It's going to be a lot of fun!
{3}. Who do you admire? My mom and mother-in-law. My mom has over come a lot in her life. Her life has not been easy. But yet, she still has a cherry outlook on life and loves her kids and grandkids a whole bunch! She does just about anything to help me or a friend out. And my MIL, she is just amazing. So much knowledge on kids, labor, birth, breastfeeding, the gospel, just everything! She is so kind and patient. I couldn't have picked a better MIL then the one I have!
{4}. If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?The ability I have to stick my foot, leg and half my butt in my mouth. I say things how I see them, and that pisses a lot of people off. Censorship is not something I do well. Which leads to the other thing, I wish I had some great friends. Don't get me wrong, I do have some pretty awesome friends. But not the kind that I see other people having. Over night GNO, camping trips with families, driving across town to baby-sit, just calling at all hours of the night to chat when they know their friend's husband is out of town, kidnapping you to get you out of the house, or just coming over to hang out. My rough edges has kept me from getting a close friend. That, and my super shyness. I just hate putting myself out there, because I feel like I'll say something that will upset them and chase off a would be friend. Therefore, I just keep to myself and try really hard to keep my mouth shut.
{5}. How do you want to be remembered?I just want to be remembered.

I love how you said, "letting Steve marry me." And I struggle with getting close friends too. I think just due to insecurities. Oh, and my mind is frazzled from being around kids all day. :)
Oh Yea!! a double tap for sure!!
i just want to be remembered...love that!
thanks for linking up!
Always aim for the head is what I've always been told about zombies. ;)
I tend to not censor myself as well, I've gotten better about it but sometimes people are just like, "What??" and I don't mean it - sometimes it just slips. ;/
