Fatty

Alright, it's Friday. Time to check in.

This week has been good and bad. I've had some really good workouts this week. I stopped doing Yoga on the Wii, and I'm thinking I should do that again. My body is sore and most nights I can barely move.

I was able to go to the store yesterday and got more fruits and veggies. We were out, but now I can snack on something sweet and healthy!

So on Wednesday I weighed myself and I was down to 170. Woohoo! Then I weighed myself this morning, and well, I gained weight. I'm trying to tell myself that it's because muscle weighs more than fat, but it's not working. Nothing like a blow to your motivation then gaining weight. But maybe I should look at it this way: more of a motivation to hit it hard! But the good news I'm starting to lose some inches. I'll have to give you those next week as well. Now for the stats:

I think the thing to focus on is if your clothes are fitting looser. That way you know you are losing. Weight can fluctuate a ton even between one day to the next. I usually gain 5 lbs before my period and then it's gone in a day - must be water weight/bloat. I think you are very determined and it sounds like you are doing great!

weighing yourself everyday is good, but don't read that much into it. If you are a little bloaded one day (even when you aren't on your period) can cause a 1-3 lb differnce.

So don't get discouraged if it 'looks' like you are gaining and loosing weight, just keep up with your regiment and you will keep up the weight loss!!
