That's what my friend and I used to call each other in high school. When we weren't fat. And now that she's helping become not the fatty now, I thought that's what I would call me updates. By no means am I making fun of or putting myself down. I just couldn't think of anything else to call my updates.
Anyways, this week has been a tough one. Let me explain. On Christmas Day I weighed myself at my SIL's place. I was 179. Then this week I was 171. As of today, I'm 173. So, based on that, I have either lost 6 pounds or gained 2. I think I'll say I lost 6!
I've been trying really hard to find the right calorie intake. Since I'm still nursing, I don't want to drop to low and have my milk dry up. Which it did decrease a little earlier this week when I first started watching my calorie intake and went too low. Now, I'm eating just about right and my milk supply has bounced back.
Also, trying to cut out the bad food has been hard. I didn't know how much I craved chocolate and yummy food until I tried to cut it out. Next week, I'll do better.
I went to the gym three times this week and started using Wii Fit again. That's going to be harder to do now that Steve will be going back to work. And I have no clue what time the gym opens here. I might have to find a good gym outside of the complex with a on-site daycare so I can workout.
So that's been my week. I can see the inches shrinking, but I don't want to check until next week. I'm hoping I can really do better next week. I just need to find my groove. So here are the stats
Starting Weight: 179
The Weeks Weigh: 173
Total loss: 6
Goal to go: 48
