Looking Forward to...

As I was Google Earth ing yesterday, on how to get to our new place, I noticed some very important things that will be close by, that we have missed since moving to Utah.

First off...

...Safeway! Oh how have I missed you! Seriously some of the best bagels I've had. Although, Einstein Brothers bagels will be missed dearly.

Second...

...Haggen. I thought you were just a Whatcom county thing, but just found you have a store in Beaverton! Two actually. I think I know where I'll be shopping for food. Haggen is like the Macy's or Lee's of Utah. But WAY better!

Third...

..Baskin Robbins. Oh how I have missed the Watermelon Ice, the Daiquiri Ice and Steve's favorite, Oregon Blackberry!

Forth...

...Dairygold. In Sunnyside, I used to live a block away from the Dairygold factory. They have really good squeaky cheese, cheese curds, and the BEST Peach Cobbler Ice Cream!

Fifth...

...Dairy Queen. Logan used to have one, but it was on the South side of town, and we hardly ever go by there. Now, on our way to our new apartment, we will be driving by you all the time! Give me some Oreo blizzard love!

Sixth...

...Target. It really has sucked having to drive 45 minutes to get to you. Now, we will be driving by you all the time. Just minutes away from our apartment. That will be dangerous!

Seventh...

...Cinnabon. Mmmm, mmmm, good! Need I say more?

More, Shopping Malls. The Lloyd Center Shopping Mall has an ice rink in it! And, it's just a few minutes away from Steve's office. Not like he'll be at the office much, but it's good to know! I love going to malls and just walking around. Our mall, well, it's not a Lloyd Center by far. It's probably a small upgrade from the Sunnyside Mid-Valley Mall.

I'm sure there are more things that we have missed and will rediscover many things after we move. This is just a few things that has been at the top of our list since we moved here. We have learned, we are not small town kind of people. Give us a big city. Although, I think we'd like to live in the 'burbs and have a small little farm/ranch of our. With 7 kids, and lots and lots of pets we plan to own someday, that might be best!
