300 Post!!!

Happy 4th of July!!

What we didn't do this weekend...have a baby. But I did go to the hospital tonight. Why? Because I was contracting for 6 hours and the last two were really intense. I was at the hospital for about an hour and half, and progressed a whole 1/2 cm!! So, keep your fingers crossed we have this baby soon. I'm still having contractions, at home now, but they seem to be fading. But I'm odd and will stop feeling them for a while (even though I'm still having them) and then all of the sudden they come back hard. Oh well. Maybe this will be the week for a baby!

Ok, now for the fun stuff!

Yesterday we spent the day at the Cache Valley Cruise-In with Adam and Aybri (Laura had to work, we missed you!). Jake loved seeing the old cars, but didn't want to get in the only one he could. Zoe was so-so about the cars, but really wanted to get in them. They both did really well at listening and not touching!

Zoe in the one car you could get in. Can't remember what it was, but she didn't want to get out!

I want to say it's a 1957 Pink Cadillac (well, I know it's a pink Cadillac, just not sure of the year)! It had black and white leather interior. I really liked it, and Zoe really wanted to get in. She's throwing an awesome fit in this picture. Afterward the picture was taken, I put her down and she sat right down and wouldn't move. We could only get her to move because the balloon ladies were ahead of us, and she wanted a balloon.

See, much better!

After they got balloons, all interest in the cars was over. And we had a harder time with them not listening, but they did really well anyways!

After we had breakfast/lunch (we went to the show at 10 in the morning and didn't have breakfast. We ate here. Nothing like A polish sausage, grilled onions, fries and coke for breakfast!) and started walking around more, Leo feel asleep real fast and slept until we got back to our van. He's so cute!

I have no clue what this dude was made out of, all I know there was a crazy old guy controlling it's movements and the kids loved it!

On our way out, we saw a couple selling some puppies. There were so cute!

Zoe really wanted to hold one, and Jake was so excited to pet one! Too bad we couldn't take one home with us.

After this we came home hoping for some kids to crash (having stayed up way late on the 3rd to watch the fireworks) we just relaxed and napped. Leo really didn't sleep anymore, but we thought we would try some more nap time with him. It didn't work, so he was up and found Daddy's E&Y hat, and Jake fixed it up on Leo just right!

Sorry it's so fuzzy, but look at that smile! Win over any Mama's heart!

I like this one. It's sort of "what's up dude" look!

Zoe, really needed a nap but didn't want to take one at all. Until we found her like this...

Passed out on our bed (excuse the mess) with a bad of cereal right next to her.

Love the close up. You can see she was pigging out right before she passed out. Can we say gluttony?

After naps, we thought we'd head back to the Cruise-In for a chance to win a 1937 Ford Coupe. What the heck, we could sell it if we won and have bragging rights that we won. We didn't win. But it was fun to just listen to the reactions of people when one ticket would be called and no one was there to claim it (had to be present to win). And after someone won, the mad rush out. Right after the drawing was the Cruise-In parade. Which, we decided to skip and went over the the park near by and let the kids play until everything slowed down, and we were starving.

On our way out, I thought it would be cute to get all three kids pictured in their really cute 4th of July outfits. No, I didn't make them (wish I was that good), but aren't they the cutest kids ever???

Happy Birthday America!!
