Nap Time

It's once in a blue moon that ALL my kids take a nap. Today is my luck day. Too bad I have to wake them up soon to go to a baby shower.

Jake asleep on the floor between the couch and ottoman.
That's Leo's monkey he's sleeping by.

Zoe made her own bed from a laundry basket, pillow from the couch and her blanket.
All by the door of their room
Please don't judge the mess, they were cleaning it up, but said they were tired so I told them to go take a nap.
They actually listened!

My baby is growing up. His crib converts into a toddler bed.
He's been asleep for 3 hours now.

I love the fact that they all have to have their blankies with them before they can go to sleep.

Jake's blanket was made by Steve's mom for Steve when he was a baby. It has hand drawn animals on the squares. Very cute!
Zoe's blanket was made by my late grandmother Hope, with the help of her church group. They got together and made a bunch of baby quilts then raffled them off. Grandma won one and sent it to Zoe for her baby gift.
And Leo's blanket was made for Steve by his grandmother Wickie (I think. Steve can't remember which grandma made it, but we're pretty sure it was Grandma Wickie.) Marilu (my mother-in-law) found this blanket when I was pregnant with Leo. So it's now Leo's.

Very cute sleeping kids! Really, they are the best when they are sleeping!!

It's funny how kids can sleep comfortable anywhere! I would wake up with a serious crick in my neck after positions like that!
