Wish us luck!

Ok, so we are within a week of interviews. Three deadlines have passed. We'll find out this week for two firms if Steve will interview with them or not. And if he does, then the first interview will be next week. And then three interviews at the end of this month and into October. Now, that's just with the big four firms here in SLC. Steve is going to call around tomorrow to the firms in Portland and feel things out. We've been doing a lot of talking with a few of the recruiters from SLC. One, well, she said that Portland isn't really looking. But that's just one firm. The others, well we haven't heard much. It's all just so nerve racking going through this again. We are so close. And we both know that there is a job for Steve out there. We just have to find it. We are so horrible about reading our scriptures and praying, but I know that that will help us in our search for that one job. So, we'll keep you posted as to what's going on with the job.
On a side note, I finally sat down and totaled up our student loan debt. Yup, it's the size of a mortgage. So, we're looking to consolidate our loans as soon as Steve is done with school. But with the bubble bursting in the student loan area, it's looking like we're going to have a hard time getting that done. But who knows what could happen. A lot can happen in 4 months!
