Time flies by fast

I can't believe that Leo is one week old. I really can't believe that it's been a week. He has begun to have more awake time. And we're getting into a routine. At least, diapers changed then eat. Before he will eat he has to poop. I think it's cute. A little annoying, but cute! We finally got his room all fixed up and how we want it. Now, we just need to move him in there. I'm just about ready to have him sleeping in his own room. Our babies just don't like to sleep in small places, and Mommy likes to cuddle with Daddy and that's hard to do with a baby in the middle.
Jake and Zoe are doing so well with Leo. Today, we were getting ready to go to the store, so Jake went over to the swing, pulled off Leo's blankets, tried to unbuckle him (Steve had to do that), then lifted Leo out of the swing (with Steve's help of course) and put Leo into his car seat. It was just so sweet. Then later this evening, all the kids cuddled up to Daddy. It was so cute. Zoe just loves her little brother. She wants to hold him and she gives him kisses all the time. Our kids truly are the best kids ever! Now, if only it was spring time and it was nice then I could get the kids out of the house. They are so ready to run around outside and burn all that energy off. I can't wait to get them out of the house.
So the exciting news, Steve doesn't have to do VITA this weekend or next! Although he is going to "Dine with Alumni" on Saturday. The President of Nike USA is hosting it and there is going to be lost of Business students having lunch with him on the 9th Floor of the business building. Which, by the way, if you ever get a chance to go up there, do so. It's so beautiful and the views are amazing! But the best part about this weekend, 1- it's the beginning of Spring Break, and 2- we're going to Idaho Falls to see Steve's Grandma Helen. She'll be the first relative on Steve's side to meet Leo. We love Grandma Helen, but don't get to see her much. So we're excited to go and visit with her. And maybe get some more fish!
I guess this is just a random blog about anything and everything. Sorry. But I will post some pictures up. At least enjoy the pics!!

Wow! You're right, time sure does fly! Glad to hear you're doing well and can fit into your pre pregnancy jeans already! That's pretty lucky. Well if you stop in Rexburg at all while in IF, give me a call so I can see ya. Have fun though!
