Happy Easter!

Are we bad parents? We still haven't given the kids their Easter gifts. Oh well. But we did have a fun Easter weekend. On Saturday,we went to the USU Easter Egg Hunt at the bottom of Old Main Hill (for all you Western friends, I find it way cool that USU and WWU have Old Mains!). Jake did better than Zoe in getting eggs. I think it's because I was with Jake and would block out kids from getting eggs, while Steve was with Zoe and he wouldn't protect the goods! Zoe was so upset that she couldn't get more eggs. So our neighbor, the Blacks, and I thought it would be a good idea to have our own egg hunt. After Zoe's nap, that's what we did. The kids had so much fun! They ate so much candy on Saturday that Sunday and Church was a nightmare. Zoe was so out of control and crying all through Sacrament. But she was good for nursery. Although, as soon as we got home, out came the Zoe Monster. Needless to say, she spent most of the afternoon in her room on quite time. I think later today we're going to have another home egg hunt. The kids have so much fun finding them. Plus, we have extra eggs for them to play with. And we'll finally give them their gifts. Thanks need to go out to Grammy and Boppie for their Easter outfits. To Grandpa and Grandma Richins for the gifts they sent out to us. And the Blacks for making Saturday afternoon so much fun!
