Weight Goals Week 3


Well, this week was a big fat fail!

I don't know if it was because this last weekend we had family visiting, partying with friends and family, but I just couldn't get my butt in gear. I didn't workout once this week. I really didn't watch what I ate. And I started drinking soda again. Boo Cougars! 

I just kept making bad choices and couldn't stop myself. I tried to convince myself that breastfeeding out be enough to at least lose a little bit. WRONG!


But the good thing? I now have the motivation to get back to it. After this weekend. LOL! We are going camping with our ward and then to the beach with some friends. I'm going to try my very best to eat healthy and on Monday, get back to the gym!
