For 6 days now, Leo has been sick.
A fever that won't go away.
Coughing
Runny Nose
Ok, so the the other kids are coughing and have runny noses as well.
Well, Jake doesn't.
He just has a cough.
Anyway, we finally decided to take Leo to the doctor this morning.
He has a sinus infection and a double ear infection.
Worst mother ever!
I feel so bad that I didn't act sooner.
I kept asking him if his ears were hurting, and he would say no, my head hurts.
And he usually had a fever, so I just thought it was because of that.
UGH.
So, no we got him some antibiotics.
And I picked up some vitamins for the kids and I.
I'm tired of use always getting sick.
I'm hoping this works.
So, today, I get to play Dr. Mom and keep Leo comfy and giving him his meds.
Then, tonight, is my "Mommy Shower".
Since I'm having my 4th boy, we are so set on baby stuff.
My visiting teachers and good friends are throwing me a mommy shower with a "spa" or "pamper" Mommy theme!
I can't wait!
I'm hoping that I get more better by tonight.
I hate this cough!

Aw - you're not a bad mama. You can't take EVERY child to the doctor at EVERY sniffle...geeze...you'd be broke!
Poor little man, what's important is that he's on medicine and will be doing better shortly I'm sure. :)

I think with so many little ones, it's impossible not to be sick often. Poor Leo. What a trooper for hanging in there so long. Hope you have fun at your shower tonight, I think that's the awesomest idea ever!!!'
Not a bad mom, just a busy mom who doesn't want to spend a fortune taking every sick child in for every sneeze or sniffle. Don't stress about it too much.
A Mommy Party? Where do I sign up for one of those? I wish I could come. Really, you need to move closer. Even ID would be fine. How else are we going to get to play?
