38 weeks

I having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow.
I still have a few things left to do.

Make his quilt (it's all cut out, just need to sew it together!)
Pull out my baby clothes and go through them.
Pack my hospital bag.
Clean my home so my mother in law doesn't think I'm a terrible housekeeper for when she comes down.
And I'm still thinking about making the crib stuff. We don't have the crib set up because we'll be moving soon, and the baby usually just ends up in bed with us the first few months...so why bother right? But then, will I have time to sew after he comes? UGH, I don't know.

And we are all sick still. But at least, I hope, we are on the mend.
I'm feeling much better, but still feel sick.
The kids are getting better too. And so is Steve.
I hate colds!

Ok, this is turning out to be a really random string of thoughts. Oh well.
A few weeks ago, we headed way up north for our niece's baptism.
It was wonderful!
And it was great to see a lot of family!!
But staying in three different hotels in three days, not fun.
Oh well. It was worth it though!

And as per my mother's request, we finally got a family photo of all us.
And updated photo, I should say. I love the family one we have of us at the Falls.
So, for your enjoyment, our "updated" family photo that will be soon outdated!

Did you notice something?
I cut my hair!
And this was the start of all the sickness, so we don't look that great.

Again, I'm going to apologize for my lack of commenting and responding to comments.
I just shut down the last few weeks. Really, it's taking all of my brain power to get this blog up.
I promise I'll be better once baby gets here.
Just bare with me for a bit.
And I'll keep you updated on baby.
Thanks for hanging around with me!

Sorry you all are feeling so poorly. Being sick and pregnant is the worst. We'll be praying for a speedy recovery, easy delivery, and healthy baby & mommy. Best wishes!

That's so funny! Before I scrolled down to read "did you notice something" I was like, "what, she cut her hair!" Ha ha ha ha. I thought it was a ritual to cut it after the baby comes??? Just teasing. Looks way cute. Look at all those kiddos and such a cute family!

Oh Sara, you silly girl. You have a sick family, you are on the verge of having a baby, and you still have too many sewing projects. What are you thinking even trying to keep blogging?! Just get that baby delivered, your family healthy, and then worry about updating. :) Good luck with it all! {{cyber hugs}}

Being sick while prego is the worst! Hope everyone is on the mend soon! Good luck with everything! What a cute family. I chopped my hair off a few months back, too. I wish I had done it sooner. Loving my short hair!
