I need want to make a new purse.
I found some great patterns for great prices online today.
I got four new patterns.
But I can't pick which one I want to make.
That's where you come in.

The Tailored Bags from Craft Apple (this is where I got my diaper bag pattern from!) Another bag with lots of options and lots of pictures at the website.
So, these are in no special order (just alphabetical from downloading them) and I won't be getting the same fabric as pictured. As cute as they all are, it's not my style. I'm more of black and red or red and aqua, kind of gal. I honestly don't know what kind of fabric to get. I guess, I'll have to go fabric shopping soon! Anyone wanna join me???

I need a new bag for spring too - I wish I could just whip one up like you!! *jealous*
Anyway, I like the July Bag because of the pocket in the front, but I'm with you on the burlap. I guess that's the luxury of making it yourself, you don't have to use that, right?? :)
I ALSO really like The March bag but with the cloth strap (I'm not a of wooden/plastic handles). I love the little side pockets.
I like pockets and compartments, they're important to me. I'm so so picky about purses, I've had mine for over a year now and I'm desperate for a change!
ooo, those are all cute but I think I like the March bag the best! I have a pattern and material for a bag that I've had forever that I haven't done yet. Grr....I may have to do it soon! :) Have fun!
ummm...ummmm...all of them? gosh I see your problem. They're all so cute but I think I might just like the march bag with the july flower best. (I sure love that flower!) and it might just be me (which it seems like it is) but I kinda like the burlap...well, happy sewing (if you ever decide!)
I like the March bag, but definitely go with a longer strap, you HAVE to be able to put it on your shoulder! I also really like the last one... the Tailored one I think. Man do I wish I was talented, I'd make myself a million purses because ooohhhh how I love purses (bummer that hubs doesn't let me hardly ever buy a new one though sigh...)
