Short and sweet.
Kids sick, hubby gone, can't go to gym with sick kids, knee and hip still killing me. Didn't do a darn thing.
I know, I suck. I will do better next week. Once my knee and hip at 100%.
I am NOT going to give up on this. Just needed time to heal.

Oh, that's so hard! I hate getting hurt right when you start getting into a good exercising routine. Is it bad enough to see a doc about? You don't want to further injure it. Hope you heal well and your kids get better.
