Fatty

Ugh, not a good week. New workout from Annie totally kicked my trash. But felt great. I think I just ate too much this week. My parents came for a week to help out while Steve is gone. They spoil my kids. And me. I found myself drink a ton of juice this week. And snacking on the kids' snack and not fruits or veggies. So I think I learned my lesson. No more juice, no more kids snacks. And keep to my small portions and not over eating. It was this, or I gained a lot of muscle.

On a good note, I lost another .5 inches on my waist! For a total loss of 4 inches in a month! I am slimming down, and I have to remember that.

So 11 pounds in a month isn't bad. Just wish it was the 12 or more I had last week. I'll do better this week. Promise!

Wow, you are doing so well! Maybe you already know this, but you're supposed to try and weigh yourself at the same time every day, usually in the morning, wearing the same outfit (or nothing). That could make a couple or a few pounds' difference.
