Fatty

So I didn't think I did so well this week. We had pizza twice this week (ahhh busy season, makes it hard to make dinner when the kids are going wild and there is no hubby home to help keep quiet) and I might have had a couple sodas. Ooops. On top of that, I finally got the kids cold, so going to the gym while sick is awful (plus the they told me not to come in while sick for my protection and to stop spreading the germs). So I've just been doing my work outs at home, no cardio, but I've remember one cheer dance I did back in high school, so I do that a couple of times (or four) to get my heart rate going. It must be working because I feel great despite being sick and cheating a couple of times this week. I just tried really hard not to over eat and only have a small glass of soda. It worked!

Last we I promised my inches. So here you go!

Neck: 14 inches on 1/5. 13 inches as of today! Total lose: 1 inch!
Chest: 39.5 inches on 1/5. 38 inches as of today (I take this with a grain of salt, I am breastfeeding and they change sizes depending on the last time I fed Teage) Total lose: .5 inch.
Waist: 37 inches on 1/5. 34.5 inches as of today!!! Total lose: 2.5 inches!!!!!!!
Hips: 42.5 inches on 1/5. 40.5 inches as of today! Total lose: 2 inches!!
Thigh: 24.5 inches on 1/5. 24.5 inches as of today. (No change, but this is on the upper thigh where they touch while standing. I want that gone!) Total lose: 0
Calf: 15.5 inches on 1/5. 14.5 inches as of today. Total lose: 1 inch!
Biceps: 12 inches on 1/5. 12.5 inches as of today (muscle is bigger than fat? plus, I have a hard time taking this one) Total lose: +.5 inches.

Alright, now for the weight stats. I'm really proud of the work and how much I've lost so far in such a short time. And Steve has been amazing at keeping me going and letting me know how well I'm doing. Because, really, this is for him as much as it is for me!

Holy Cow that's awesome Sara! You are well on your way to meeting your weight loss goal of 50 + pounds!!! Ideally I would love to lose maybe 5-10 lbs. I go between 148-150. The only problem is I don't have a huge motivation to lose because I feel fine at the weight I am at. But anyway, I was wondering if you could do a post (or just email me), what your workout routine is and what kind of things you eat during the day (do you track calorie intake?) and do you do like a meal plan or do you just try to "watch" what you eat? Anyway, I think what you are doing is so inspirational, and I am so happy that you are making such progress on your goal!!!

Hey Sara, When do you usually work out? I would love to meet you over there. I was going to put out a wrd e-mail to see if anyone wanted to be my gym mate for a free "membership", but then I thought of checking up with you first. Glad I did. Lets talk about it!!!
