Teage's Blessing

Sorry it's been a month since I last blogged. Let's just say that September was a hard month and I really just didn't feel like blogging. Even though some good things happened.

So, the second weekend in September, my parents, Steve's sister Elizabeth and family and his mom, step-dad and Grandma Wickie came for Teage's blessing. I love the blessings that Steve gives our children. And I love talking about what he felt and how they are going to be. It's so wonderful! We truly have been blessed with some choice spirits!

Here is my little guy all dressed up! My mother made this blessing outfit out of the left over material from my wedding dress. Jake and Leo have both worn it for their blessings. She also made one for any girls we might have. Zoe's has the lace on it that my wedding dress did. All in all, both a very cute. And I just love this photo. So peaceful.

After church we went to a park to eat and hang out with family. There was a water play area, and well, on a cold day, our kids and cousins got soaked. But they had a blast!

This is Steve's step-dad Harry and Grandma Wickie

Everyone was playing while they finished up eating and Teage had his lunch!

Here are the girls plus Logan. We were watching our very cold kids play in the water!

Zoe and her cousin Hayden loved playing on this thing. Thanks to Elizabeth and Steve for holding them up there! The kids had sooooo much fun!

The man of the hour. Isn't he the cutest thing ever??

No matter what I say, I love this little guy. He really is a happy dude and brings happiness to me and our family.

Leo got a lot of love from Grandma and his Aunt Elizabeth. Those curls are so cute!

I love those curls!

Trying to dry off and get warm. Jake was freezing. Logan was so nice to share his towel with Jake.

Getting ready to go. Logan, Joseph and Hayden. Bunch of cute boys!

Thank you so much to my parents, Steve's mom and Harry and Grandma Wickie and Joseph and Elizabeth for coming down. We love you!

P.S. Kevin and Jessica were going to come, but Kevin and his daughter Gracie got sick. We're sad you missed it, but glad that you are all better now. Looking forward to hanging out with you guys for Halloween!

I need copies of these pictures. I love all of them. Will have to send back the thumb drive. Leo's curls look like mine did when I was younger. I had long hair like Zoe and it was curly down to the middle of my back.
