38 weeks and counting.

Here I am (picture taken a few days ago) at 38 weeks. This angle makes me look really big, but I don't think I'm that big. I'm hoping that he'll come soon.

Update from the doctor's. Not a single change! I'm still at 1 cm. I did ask how far effaced I am. I'm at 60%. The good news, I haven't gained anymore weight from last week. I just might be able to stay at 202! And I'm ok with that. Because as soon as I feel good enough, I'm going to start working on getting this baby weight, and Jake's and Zoe's (Leo's I already lost before I got pregnant again) and get back into shape. Thanks to A Daily Dose of Dieting for all the great tips you give. I'm so going to lose 50 pounds after this little guy is out. (Oh, that would be 50 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight. I've only gained about 25ish with this one, and that will go away really quickly)

So, for some fun. Here are some pictures of me with the other kids at our around 38 weeks. Which one was I the biggest with?

This is the only picture I have on my computer with me pregnant with Jake. I have a great picture of my pregnant belly and our nephew, Nathan, kissing my belly, but it's not a digital picture, and the photo album that has it, is now packed away. Anyways, I think I'm around 37 or 38 weeks. But you get the idea, I had a BIG BELLY with Jake. He was 8 lbs 4 oz. Born at 39 weeks.

Here I am with Zoe at 38 weeks. I love that shirt I'm wearing. But it got a huge stain in it when I was pregnant with Leo, and out the door it went. *sniff* Zoe was born at 39 weeks 1 day. She was 7 lbs 3 oz.

This is with Leo. I'm at 37 weeks. This is on Valentine's Day. That's why I'm all "done" up. My mama was with us (remember big scary week in the hospital the week before this picture was taken) and baby sat so Steve and I could have a date. Anyways, Leo was born 39 weeks 1 day. He was 8 lbs 2 oz.

So there you go. Maybe some day (or at the next pregnancy) I'll put up the picture of Nathan kissing my belly. It really is a great shot of my belly. Here's hoping this little guy comes soon. And maybe, just maybe, Grandma Marilu and Grandma Mary will be able to be there for the birth!

1. Sara, you're unbelievable!

2. How do you do it, you amazing woman?

3. You will be so busy running after your herd, I mean kids, that you will have no trouble losing that baby weight!

4. Your kids are adorable. I mean dolls, adorable.

Here's hoping to pop soon! I already feel huge and am only almost 23 weeks. I have been so busy I haven't had time to blog. Whenever I read your blog I have to highlight the text because the middle paper doens't come up behind the whole thing. It is like that for me on 3 computers I have tried.
