That's right people, we have found a place to live in for when we move to Portland. Actually, we'll be living in Beaverton. We're about 99% sure that we'll have this place. Our application was approved and now all we have to do is pay the deposit. Oh wait, we have good enough credit to get a $0 deposit! So, we just have to pay the non-refundable portion ($150) within the next 72 hours, and send in Prof of employment, and we'll be all set.
I'll have more details tomorrow, but I'm just so excited! This place, Quatama Crossing is our first choice place. It's the cheapest and the biggest place! Check out the floor plan!

It's about 1220 sq. ft. And we just love how the living room is the center of the whole apartment. And love the fact that we can have a dining room big enough to use as an actually dining room!
And the kitchen! Look at that! That beats the Aggie Village kitchen any day! And a good sized laundry room with the dryer in the apartment and not on the porch!
I cannot wait to move in!! More details to follow tomorrow, but I just had to share this good news with everyone!! Woohoo!!

Congrats!! My dad and brother lived in Beaverton until they moved down to Salem. It is so gorgeous there!! That floor plan looks awesome. I really like the layout!
